Question:
	Does Apple's 1Meg memory card (or the AST Sprintdisk) have
any firmware entry points besides the MLI point.  I'm assuming the
MLI point can be found via vector at $CxFF like normal disks.  What
I'm looking for are any other published entry points in the ROM.
I am NOT looking for the softswitches for the card.  I have those.
