Using the mouse on such a surface was jumpy and inaccurate. I bought a mouse pad a couple of months ago, and I love the feel. However, my mouse (plain old atari model) gets dirty much quicker, and the problem seems to be getting worse. When I first got the pad, the mouse needed cleaning about once a month, but now it gets really gunked up after only a couple of weeks. Within days there is noticeable buildup on the rollers. What surfaces have you found to be comfortable yet sanitary for operating a mouse on? Thanks for any advice or hints. John Thaanum thaanuj@prism.cs.orst.edu
