(PLEASE Message-ID: <39359@cup.portal.com> Date: 17 Feb 91 04:10:52 GMT Organization: The Portal System (TM) Lines: 29 I am having troubles converting the source code in Abacus Software's Atari 3D Graphics, into a flight simulator type program as described in the book on pages (327-328). On these pages it says I should modif y the MULTI1.S code the following ways: 1: Modify the "pointrot" routine so it does not transform all the world coordinates back to the old coordinate origin. (Check!) 2: Change the position of the projection plane to the coordinate origin. (I think it is already set that way... Check!) 3: Make the rotation reference point the coordinate origin. (Check!) All of this is complete, but I get a messed up display of the houses. (The hide line routine has deleted lines that it should not. Also, it still appears to be viewing from a distance. Is there something else I need to change?) Please, if you have completed some code that will do this, can you send it to me? I am sure soneone out there has done it. Thanks in advance! (Any help G REATLY appreciated!) Bobby Shaughnessy Thanks!
