I had heard that the TT was one version behind, which now turns out to be V.3, and not V.4. When I read the article, and read V.4, I assumed that this was still the case. I had expected a higher number, since the local SysOp has a higher number (and says UNIX on the same line -- what a mess), and the notoriously goofy numbering of UNIX itself. (And, of course, Atari's history, recent and past, but that is neither here nor there.) So perhaps Atari is, if not ahead of the curve, then at least not slipping into the computer Cenezoic Era. However, I reserve the right to air any future complaints, lest the squeaky gear not get the oil... :-) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Brian D.
