Hello,

	I have read about someone who was wrongly accused of downloading
too much at one time.  It had to do with a gateway being down for a few
days, and that requests were queued up until the gateway was up.

	When the gateway was brought up, it saturated the terminator with
requests.

	I thought this had been solved, but I get nothing when sending
to the terminator...
