Message-ID: <49386@seismo.CSS.GOV> Date: 1 Feb 91 14:27:37 GMT Sender: usenet@seismo.CSS.GOV Distribution: all Organization: Center for Seismic Studies, Arlington, VA Lines: 13 I've got an application program written with UIL that displays a complex data plot which takes several seconds to render. Problem is, whenever another window overlaps the code is set to handle the exposure event by redrawing the entire image again. I know that backing store can be used to prevent this, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it with the UIL interface. Can anyone help or does anyone know of an example of using backing store and UIL together?
