Why not uuencode it and post it to comp.sys.dec.micro?  

UUen/decode for the IBM works perfectly on the Rainbow.  You can get it via
anonymous ftp from wuarchive.wustl.edu ... look under:

		/mirrors/msdos/dskutl/uu***

I am pretty sure that is the path.
