what pins are what on a db9 serial port for ibm?
(i want a bijection between {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9} and
{rd,td,rts,cts,dsr,sg,cd,dtr,ri}).
i know what the pins are on a db25, so it would be sufficient just to
match up the pins on a db9 with db25.
