Message-ID: <3687@casbah.acns.nwu.edu> Date: 19 Feb 91 01:36:31 GMT Distribution: usa Organization: Northwestern University Lines: 18 Hello. Is there anyone who has any experience using NCR WaveLAN or a similar product to link computers in different buildings that (of course) don't have any direct network connections? It would be desirable to provide TCP/IP and file sharing services in several buidings within a 500-1000 meter radius. I tried contacting NCR, but I got no substantial technical information. If anyone has information, I would appreciate it. Thank you. /Peter -- hpa = H. Peter Anvin (in case you wondered) * Heja Sverige!
