I will be getting a 200MB IDE drive based system (Gateway 2000) very soon and would like to avoid DOS 4.0? and the associated DOSSHELL crap. I'd also like to avoid having 7 partitions. I think 2 sounds like what I want to work with (just guessing at the moment). So what I am looking for is a roundup of information on the variety of methods to get around the 32MB partition limitations. It would be nice if the disadvanges and/or tradeoffs of these different methods were also explained. Commercial products should identify the vendor the best possible and maybe even recent prices. Thanks. -- --Phil Howard, KA9WGN-- | Individual CHOICE is fundamental to a free society | no matter what the particular issue is all about.
