Hey Netters...

    I  need  some  information on Graphics Libraries for the use in	
    a  C  project. I just need simple windowing and pull-down menus	
    along with geometric capabilities.				

    If  you  have  any  information, I would greatly appreciate it.	
    Also I need to know if there are any royalties involved.
