	At the risk of seeming foolish, I'd like to ask if anyone
has come up with a strategy for consistently winning this scenario
when playing the NATO side?  I don't know anyone who has beaten it
yet.  I assume that based on random positioning you can eventually
end up with a winning layout.  Reply to me please and I'll post the
results if the readers are interested.
