Lines: 15 Could you tell me the symptoms that lead you to believe that the fuser needed to be replaced?? I have a LaserWriter IINTX that is producing output that looks as if it has been smeared with a wet paper towel, all jagged and unreadable...etc... Generally, all of our printers are well cared for in terms of cleaning off excess toner. Can someone please let me know what is wrong? -- Timothy A.
