MacroMind Inc. used to market VideoWorks, it's since been vamped up and sold as
Director. The "player" for these files is known as MacroMind Player and
includes a "playMovie" XCMD. It'll run you $250 for a site licence. There will
be a windows version available, at $500 for the license and some outrageous
amount charged for the number of users i.e. 50 user licence is $3900 US.
