I am losing my screen. I don't know if you know anything about the Mac but there is a brightness button, and I have it turned all the way towards the darkest setting and the screen is still blurry and too bright. Is this a sign of old age or is there a cure? Let me know what you know? I think she has a Mac Plus, probably 1986 vintage or so. Since she lives in Mexico City, it may not be convenient for her to find a Mac repair shop. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Could it be the analog board perhaps? Do you have any idea what is going on? Although I am fairly handy with electronics, I'm at a loss for what to do at this distance. Any pointers you can suggest would be much appreciated. Melissa A.
