Message-ID: <16453@chopin.udel.edu> Date: 18 Feb 91 18:53:38 GMT Followup-To: poster Organization: University of Delaware Lines: 61 I have an external CD ROM player forsale... I know almost nothing about it, however, except that 1) It's Model number is: CDR-35D-01 There, is, however, a second part to the system... This is model number BFU-35 2) I have no cables for it, nor any necessary cards, but, it *COULD* be scsi, for all I know.. I really have no idea. 3) When I say no cables, I mean, no powercable, either (but, it takes a charge of 15 volts, and that's really easy to get.. its a standard 15 volt thing.. nothing sneeky...) 4) I have *ONE* encyclopedia disk forsale with it, which I think is both audio/vidio/and data. I also think on that disk is the entire dictionary on the english language. Btw: The encyclopedia disk is called: Compton's MultiMedia Encyclopedia "Bringing you the world of knowledge with Sights and Sounds"... I have info on the unit: (this is a quote from an advertisement in MacUser.. from Mac's Place) Intersect CDR 35 Portable CD Rom Reader $459 NEC: This compact and light weight (2.2 lbs) reader dilivers the dependable performance of full-size readers and full CD-ROM capability at an affordable price. So - - there ya go... it's obviously MAC compatable, although, again, I stress, I have no cables for it - so interfacing it is your business... Current best offers: Cash: $300 Hardware: ST1096N Segate 84 Meg SCSI Drive or Quantum 40 with 60$ cash ****the first person who offers me a 105 Meg Quantum Prodrive Gets this thing**** ...it better be working, and format on my amiga, though... I'd also entertain Amiga accelerators, Amiga Monitors with flicker boards or any type of postscript lazer printer. I'm pushing it, I know... but, hey, if you have it, and we can trade - that's fine with me... Mostly wanted: Quantum 105 Meg Prodrive Other deals will be considered, so, please mail and make offer! -- E Pluribus // Contacts: jeremym@brahms.udel.edu or jeremym@chopin.udel.edu or Unix // jeremy@freezer.it.udel.edu (line 1 = jeremym) \\ // --->Monitor of comp.sys.amiga.emulations<--- \X/ 2001 Dalmations - My stars, its full of dogs...
