A TCL class that would support Appletalk DDP level sockets, plus NBP. 2. A Smalltalk-like class browser (possibly a DA?) which would allow browsing and editing of TCL source in a reasonable way (as a thought, this could be something like the Inside Mac DA, but the material would be placed in multiple files..).
