For informing me of what I should have realized right away. To avoid
the "Replace file...." message in SFPutFile, you use SFPPutFile with
a NEW button named "Save" that I handle with my dialog hook code,
and move the OLD "Save" button outside the dialog so the user never
sees it. This way I avoid the "existing file" check.

Simple!
