In newest issue of UnixWorld magazine, there is an article introduce
Sony's new machine -- 17 pounds, 1120x780 resolution, 17 MIPs, $10,000.

The shortcomings of this machine are
1. It can't do animation due to slow LCD monitor display.
2. It doesn't have battery power supply.
So, I know the two of the technical reasons why we don't have 
NeXT laptop(notebook,Lapstation imply heavier).
