There are quite a few 10Base-T to thin ethernet repeaters on the market.  They
cost in the neighborhood of $550.00.  They are, after all, repeaters which
sort of explains the price.

We happen to use AT&T's 10Base-T to thin ethernet repeaters on our 10Base-T
netowrk.  They work just fine.
