I have a NeXTStation and would like to design my own
Adobe type 1 fonts.  Is NeXT a good platform for this task? 
Is there commercial/pd/shareware software for doing this?
How did people create those shareware or pd Adobe type 1 fonts?
Any help is aprreciated.
