the problem here is that the server needs to be in real mode in 
order to function properly.  if you haven't had problems with 
windows memory yet, you can expect that you will, since both 
windows and netware will attempt to control the cpu's mode and 
memory allocation.

my constant advice to anyone is to not bother with non-dedicated 
servers, sine their use as a workstation is so limited.  this 
especially applies to windows, which wants to do a number of mode 
changes and non-standard memory tricks.  non-dedicated servers 
are a good example of the adage that there's no such thing as a 
free lunch.  my advice is to get another workstation.
