Hello,
	I have a problem with the OPEN() function under NOVELL NETWARE/386.
	The program executing the OPEN retruns an error (fileHandle = -1),
	but the NEXT time I try to open the file, it works!
	
	This does not happen under NetWare/286.

	The flags are O_CREAT|O_APPEND|O_RDWR,S_IREAD|S_IWRITE.

	Anybody have this happen?
