It is DEFINATELY ditroff. It works with Laserjets with the K cartridge (eg: rather limited - no downloads) and two different IBM printers - neither postscript. If you want to generate HPLJ with full capabilities, you want jetroff. If you want Postscript, use tpscript. Or wait a bit, and psroff (R3.0) will support it.
