Hi. I'm using Kinch Computer's TurboTeX with an HP LasertJet Series II,
and using GNUPlot for graphs. GNUPlot supports the EEPIC extended
picture macro environment, but only for DVI drivers which support
so-called tpic \special commands. Where can I find such a beast for DOS?
