Computer Science, Australia Lines: 14 I am unable to cu out via modem, due to /dev/term/00 blocking when the rs-232 CD line (I assume) is low. How can I get the ttymon or whatever to ignore this while hayes commands are being sent to the modem? It all works correctly when a terminal which holds CD and the other couple handshake lines high is connected in place of the modem (but this is not nearly so useful :-}. The manual doesn't yield anything useful regarding this. I am using UHC SysV.4 Version 2 on a 386. Thanks, and apologies for what must be an common question, Andrew Herbert -- herbie@bruce.cs.monash.edu.au
