I need my Apple Mac keyboard to generate the appropriate function keys for a
vt220 terminal within an X-window (MacX) for an application running in the
X environment.  It works with an NCD X-terminal but I can't seem to get it to
work for MacX.  Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
[NOTE:  It seems to not work for the console on a DECstation as well.]
