I don't remember who it was from (the secretary threw away the envelope) but I did not order it. I guess it came in response to a posting about EPS problems I have been having in winword, unless everyone else got the same thing. The diskette in the package has two files "epsimp.flt" and "readme.eps". The readme file said to kill InsertPicture and ...(the other one) that was installed when I selected EPSsupport in example.doc. I had to delete these from normal.dot. Now what?
