Check out wuarchive.wustl.edu (anonymous).  The file you want is 
unzip.tar-z and is in the mirrors/unix-c/file-mgmt directory.  There 
is also an arc-progs directory with arc and zoo, why zip is in another 
is a mistery to me.

I installed it and it works great.  Test/List and Extract.
