Is there a way to get the Sun Calendar Manager to use a default mailing
address other than id@host, where id and host are the local host and user?

I see doing a strings on cm there is a "Calendar.MailTo" in it, but it
doesn't seem to take any notice when I put this is .Xdefaults and/or .cm.rc.
