is it possible to set the color of the borders (title bar, scrollbar,
borders) of an *individual* window (e.g. cmdtool, mailtool) in 
openwindows (olwm) ??

i know about using OpenWindows.WindowColor to set the color of *all*
window borders, but i can't figure out how to differentiate windows
using the border color ...
