Keywords: MIT X11 OpenLook Message-ID: <22311@hydra.gatech.EDU> Date: 18 Feb 91 23:47:35 GMT Followup-To: poster Distribution: usa Organization: Georgia Institute of Technology Lines: 17 I am sure this has been discussed in bits and pieces ad nauseum, but does anyone have a singe document or two they could send me? We are going to set up a new server for our applications and I wanted to install Open Windows, then add as much of the functionality from MIT's X as possible. Or could it go the other way, compiling the latest patch level of MIT X available, then adding bits to make it Open Windows? Looking for as detailed a set of directions as possible. As in "then do an 'xset fp rehash'" instead of "go fix the font paths, etc" Hey I know it's a lot to hope for, but you should always ask for more than you really expect to get. -- Vincent Fox (That's Mr. Bucko to you)|"Fleshy-headed mutant, are you friendly?"
