I want to add a second item to a scrolling list menu, which by default
has the single entry "Locate Choice".  Does anyone know how to (a) get hold
of the default menu in order to append to it, or (b) implement the "Locate
Choice" function for a created menu?  I can't see how to do either from the
XView Programming Manual...
