I've just installed Motif 1.0.3 on my DECstation and I seem to be missing a
couple of things that are referenced in the user documentation: the resource
editor mre and the icon box.

Do these exist on the kit and I just somehow didn't get them installed, or are
they not really part of the OOTB Motif?  The tape I got was an official OSF
tape - batch 928.

Can someone enlighten me?  Thanks.
