I just got a call that started out:  "Hi! I'm so-and-so from the
Dept. of Civil Rights calling in response to your complaint." Trouble
is, that complaint was filed EIGHTEEN MONTHS AGO! I had long since
given up on getting any response from that complaint. Nothing like
fast turn around.
