Hello Everyone:

     This confirms that you are on the SIG-TEAL list.  Rex Hancock from the
GSA has written an excellent article on CD-ROM access by the blind and visually
impaired.  It is in the Federal Data Report Vol. 1 NO. 11 November 1990
published by Helgerson Associates.  I will try and post it but first will ask
Permission as it is copyrighted.  

     I would like to know if any of you plan to attend the Microsoft conference
this year.  I would also like to know who has access to a CD-ROM drive.
