I'm hoping to cook an imitation Passover meal for some friends between
now and Easter. Does anyone have any suggestions for good recipes? I
don't even know what is traditional, let alone how to cook it; even the
names of traditional dishes would be a help, so I can go and look them
up!

We're not Jewish, so we're not fussy about the ingredients being kosher.
