I just bought some whole wheat flour (I was a white flour hold-out) and
have been trying to use more whole wheat.  This weekend I wanted to
make whole wheat pancakes and I couldn't find a recipe!  I collect
cookbooks and was surprised not to find a single recipe.  Does anyone
have a recipe for whole wheat pancakes?  I would also be interested in
other favorite recipes that use whole wheat or a mixture of whole wheat
and regular.
