There has been a bungee constituent to rec.skydiving for a while.
Lately, though, the discussion has been about bungee jumping from a
plane, followed by a cutaway to freefall.  I guess we should be
cross-posting, but I just found out that alt.sport.bungee exists.

Maybe we can start cross-posting, or move the discussion entirely.
