To get a LARGE number of pixels, most LCD displays have to be multiplexed, though. The only large-panel systems which are not multiplexed are so-called 'active matrix' systems. Check out the Macintosh Portable if you want to see a good active matrix display. Pricey, but top-notch visual quality. John Whitmore
