There seems no forum for non destructive testing. One of the major
techniques is ultrasound, which is used in a variety of industrial
testing applications.

There are medical applications of u/s also, primarily for diagnostic
purposes, to produce images of various organs etc.

It may be advantageous to merge these two interests in a combined NDT
and ultrasound newsgroup, though perhaps others may think them better split up.

I am not even sure that there is suffucient interest for a newsgroup, but if
not perhaps a list would suffice. I invite comment.
