I would put the F-16 and F-18 on equal terms, simply because, even though the F-16 is more spritely in performance, right now the armament sucks ( 1 gun and up to 6 Sidewinders) compared to the Hornet( 1 gun, at least 2 Sidewinders, and at least 2 Sparrows). Also, the F-14 should be put either right in front of or right behind the F-15.
