We hear reports about 'targets of oppourtunity' in the gulf war, and
also news that various diplomats are going to and from Bhagdad. 

Can anybody answer how these chaps are travelling, do they phone up allied 
forces command and ask for safe conduct on such a road at such a time, travel
in vehicles emblazoned with red crosses etc or just take their chances with 
the rest ?
