I'm new to this group but I thought that this forum would be one of the best places to look for information. I'm a sophomore physics major here at MIT who intends to go on to graduate work/career in astronomy/astrophysics. I'm not sure what area I would specifically like to go into, so I'm looking to try out different areas of space science. Anyhow, I'm wondering if anyone has information about space research facilities/observatories/NASA/air and space museum/etc. that might have summer programs or be willing to hire a student for a summer position. I would especially like to work in Boston/Cambridge, Washington, D.C., or Florida(my home state), but I'll apply just about anywhere. I figured I'd better start scouting options early, so if anyone has any information they'd be willing to send or knows of anywhere I can get information, please email me (rmbandy@athena.mit.edu) or post to me here. Thanks, I really appreciate it! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reba M.
