17-Feb 03:44 Connectivity between MCL2 and GPB-ethernet was lost from
             03:29-03:41. Downstream nodes Scar, Mike, and Sickkids
             were also unreachable during this time. A reboot of the
             MCL2 machine resolved the problem.
