Would someone please tell me address/phone numbers for subscribing to
"Neural Networks" and "Neural Network News".  Also if you can give your
impressions on the relative uselfulness of these two journals from a
pratical applications standpoint.  And (pushy aren't I?) if you know of
any other "must read" journals for keeping abreast of the technology.
