(This is the second time I have posted this. Apologies if you get duplicates)

A version of COPS which has been ported to the Apollo is available on the
ADUS library node. It is based on COPS 1.0. The author of the Apollo version
(Mark Divecchio) gave a presentation on the package at the ADUS conference
last fall.

A version of TOPS is available at the same location.
