I have been trying to use the program but keep getting the following error
message:
            Proc USEBANK line 110, RUN error

This error occurs immediately after it ask for drive name.

Does anybody know how to run this program? The *.doc file says that it is
very easy to use and one shouldn't have problem running it.

I ftp'ed my copy from 128.184.1.1 ( site in Deakin Univ, Geelong, Victoria,
Australia ).

Thank you for any help or clues. If you are unable to help, tell me where
I can get a similar program ( it is a database program to manage piles of
reference academic papers/books with comments/notes ).
