Subject: Any experience with CPI?

I am looking for a 2400 baud modem in the <$150 range.  I have noticed ads for
a 2400 baud, internal with MNP5 comp. from a company called CPI (Computer
Peripherals Inc.).  Most of these modems are advertised for about $129-$139.
Has anyone on out there had any experience with this company?  They have a 5 yr
warranty but that doesn't insure quality.  If anyone has any information I 
would be greatly appreciative if you would relay it to me.  Thanx in advance.
