To the best of my knowledge, the only companies presently shipping V.32bis modems are USRobotics, Digicom, Penril, Codex, Forval, and Prometheus. I'm not sure of the pricing, but I think the USR is around $1200, Digicom $1000, Penril $1400, Codex $1200, Forval $800, and Prometheus $800; all list prices. They all support V.42, V.42bis, and the lower speeds.
